- Hourly wage from $16.00 to $18,50.
- Your hourly wage will increase based on your accumulated hours worked.

Your responsibilities:
- Answering inbounds calls, chats, emails, and eventually social media.
- Dealing with sensitive cases.
- Following up on your pending cases at the end of the day.
- Be patient and efficient.
- Be an ambassador and a team player.
What you need :
- Be fluently bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken, to meet the needs of our North American customers.
- Ability to do several tasks at a time.
- Dynamism, diplomacy, and good listening skills !
- Ecommerce experience an asset.
- Availability : Monday to Friday from 8h15 am à 8h30 pm, les samedis et dimanches de 9h45 am à 8h30 pm.
