Are you BILINGUAL, DYNAMIC, and above all dedicated to providing excellent customer service? We are looking for Customer Service Agents in the retail industry for our partner Brault & Martineau. You will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our partner-client as well as all activities related to this service.

HERE IS AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR WORK DAY

  • Answer professionally to incoming and outgoing calls
  • Establish a relationship of trust with customers
  • Retain customers and manage dissatisfaction
  • Perform rigorous follow-ups with customers and suppliers
  • Assist the team in all other tasks related to the achievement of objectives

  • Full-time availability Monday to Friday from 8.45 a.m. to 5.15 p.m.
  • Bilingualism (French and English)
  • Exemplary customer service
  • Good communication skills both orally and in writing
