CUSTOMER SERVICE AND LOYALTY AGENT

We are currently looking for customer service and loyalty agents to meet the needs of our partner, a major player in the field of telecommunications.

MAIN RESPONSABILITIES

  • Answering inbound calls and establishing a relationship of trust with customers in a professional manner
  • Assuring customer retention
  • Seize opportunities to offer and sell products and services
  • Work as a team to achieve daily goals
  • Perform various activities related to the after-sales service

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset
  • Experience in a call-center (an asset)
  • Analytical skills and ability to make quick decisions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Dynamism, listening skills and professional autonomy
  • Good computer skills
  • Access to Internet connectivity: minimum download and upload access speeds of 30Mbps – the faster, the better!

 

AVAILABILITY REQUIRED:

Monday to Friday between 07:30AM to 10:30PM and Saturday and Sunday between 08:00AM to 8:00PM
