Under the supervision of the operations managers, the team leader is the resource person who supervises the agents in order to ensure the smooth running of operations. The team leader is the expert in terms of client approach and team management and devotes the majority of his time to support day to day operations with a view on improving performance and achieving our partner’s objectives.

HERE IS AN OVERVIEW OF YOUR WORKING DAY

  • Maintain a positive and open working climate while keeping the agents motivated, involved and efficient.
  • Actively participate in operational meetings
  • Measure campaign performance and productivity in real time, suggest and implement necessary corrective measures proactively.
  • Coordinate the activities with its team to meet the objectives of the campaign.
  • Communicate results, identify performance gaps and follow up on action plans.
  • Stay on the lookout for all initiatives and innovations from the industry and the client with the aim of always pushing the results upwards
  • Understand the global impact of its decisions at all times in all operations
  • Ensure that the values, standards and regulations of GEXEL are respected at all times
  • Act as a role model in implementing high performance culture

YOU ARE THE PERSON WE ARE LOOKING FOR BECAUSE

  • You have relevant experience in team management; preferably in customer contact centers (asset)
  • You are bilingual (French and English)
  • You are Trilingual (French ,English Portuguese) an Asset
  • You have a high performance culture, you are results oriented
  • You have an analytical mind, rigor and decision-making capacity.
  • You have a good ability to adapt
  • You have a capacity for commitment, self-control and diplomacy.
  • You have a good knowledge of IT tools
