Description of tasks
We are looking for an Agent - Private Investigator who will handle credit and restoration calls as well as those for fraud consultation and the initiation of fraud cases, conduct research to help provide consultation to Canadian members and verify alerts received. by members to help them. Requirements and skills required
- Bilingual (French and English)
- Secondary V diploma from a recognized institution.
- Candidates must have a valid private investigator's permit issued by the Bureau de la sécurité privée du Québec or in the process of obtaining one.
- Introduction to the world of private investigation
- Legal context of private investigation I
- Survey management
- Knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the private security sector
- Knowledge of private security equipment, methods and procedures
- Availability hours from Monday to Friday between 8 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Required: The candidate may have completed only the 3 courses included in the program: "Introduction to investigation and investigation techniques".
Having completed the complete Private Security Investigation - JCA.12 (Certificate of College Studies) program will be an asset
