- Hourly wage between $27.00 et $31.00; not commission-based;

- Providing sales, cross-sell, and up-sell recommendations to potential clients;
- Reviewing and completing insurance needs analysis and providing insurance recommendations;
- Assisting clients in enrolling for life, accident, and sickness insurance products;
- Reviewing insurance enrollments and processes to ensure adequacy and accuracy;
- Ensuring appropriate policy requirements are fulfilled and submitted;
- Adhering to privacy, insurance, and other financial services regulations and procedures;
- E&O insurance, licensing, continuing education, and CSF membership fees will be covered by Gexel;
- Escalating issues, concerns, and trends to business management.
- Hold a Life, Accident & Sickness license in Canada (Mandatory);
- Provide proof of having passed the "Ethics & Professional Practice (Common Law)" course;
- Hold a License in Insurance of Persons in Québec (Asset);
- Hold Licenses in other provinces (Asset);
- Satisfy Continuing Education requirements;
- Flexible working hours: from 10 am to 9 pm Monday to Friday and from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturdays;
- Be perfectly bilingual in English and French, both written and spoken (to cater to our clientele in Canada);
- Have experience in insurance needs analysis and providing suitable recommendations or solutions;
- Be self-confident, friendly, high energy, enthusiastic with strong interpersonal skills;
- Previous experience in the financial services industry (Asset);
- Ability to work independently and in a team;
- Understanding of Life, Health, and Sickness Insurance products as well as marketing trends;
- Proficiency in PC skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, Internet, Email);
- Ability to handle challenging situations with customers;
- Problem-solving and multitasking abilities;
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality;
- Post-Secondary degree or equivalent business experience;
- Strong sales, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
- Have the ability to connect directly to your modem and access to Internet connectivity, of course: minimum download and upload speeds of 60Mbps - the faster, the better!
